When and where to apply for tickets

 

It is possible to apply for individual match tickets for all matches at the World Cup at the FIFA website.

 

From 5 December 2017 to 31 January 2018 (12:00 MSK), you can apply for 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ Tickets. Ticket Applicants may submit their Ticket Application at any time throughout the respective Random Selection Draw Sales Period, without any preference given in respect of the date of the submission. Do you need a visa to Russia?

In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, entry (exit) of foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving in Russia as spectators for sports events within the framework of the FIFA 2018 World Cup (will be held from June 14 to July 15, 2018 in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Saransk, Volgograd), is carried out without issued Russian visas. ‘However, in order to be admitted to Russia foreign citizens/stateless persons must have a valid identity document (“tourist” passport) and a “Personalized card of the spectator” (also known as a “Fan ID”)’

 

A FAN ID is a document that all the spectators of 2018 FIFA World Cup™ matches must have to get access to stadiums.

It provides:

  • Comfort and safety at the stadium

  • Visa-free Entry to the Russian Federation with a FAN ID

  • Free use of public transport

You can only apply for a FAN ID when you have applied for match tickets and FIFA has approved the application.
